About Us

​St. Anne’s Park is situated between Raheny and Clontarf and is the second-largest municipal park in Dublin. Features include an artificial pond, world-famous Rose Garden, playground, 18 hard surface tennis courts, playing pitches, a picnic area and our Par3 golf course.

The Par 3 course is carefully designed through a mature woodland setting with gentle undulations, making it an enjoyable round for players of all levels. The course at St. Anne’s is a great way for beginners and juniors to get into golf and is available to visitors seven days a week.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Members or Visitors in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Members or Visitors visits our website, fills out an enquiry form, responds to a survey, enters a competition, makes a dinner or golf reservation, books a golf lesson, or any other activity or service we make available. Members and Visitors may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number etc… We will collect personal identification information from Members or Visitors only if they voluntarily submit such information to us, whether it is on our website, over the phone or through a visit to our facility. Members and Visitors can refuse to supply certain information, but they may not be able to take advantage of many of our services or facilities as a result.

Any personal data which needs to be collected from a Member or Visitor under the age of sixteen, their consent will be obtained from a parent or guardian, in relation to golf bookings, golf lessons and golf camps etc… as per data regulations. We do not hand out any members information to fellow members or visitors without their prior consent.
Any photography obtained from events or competitions taking place at the club will only be obtained with prior consent of the Member or Visitor.

Purpose For Collecting Such Information

St. Annes Park Golf Par 3 may collect and use Members or Visitors personal information for the following purposes, which you have provided us with consent to do so:
You may wish to submit an information request or contact form to the club, participate in one of our promotions or subscribe to our e-mail or postal mail lists and making a booking in the Pro Shop or Restaurant. In response, we may ask for information such as your name, email address, postal address and/or phone number. In the event you opt to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose specified and consented to. Information collected on this website, over the phone or by staff in the clubhouse may be used to: enter your email in our promotions, send marketing communications or surveys to you, respond to your questions or suggestions, improve the quality of your visit to our facility.

If you decide to make an online booking on our website, you will be linked to a Booking Engine provided by our Booking Management System partner. In the case of booking or making a restaurant reservation over the phone, our staff follow a strict privacy policy and procedure to make sure your data is kept secure. In the case of making a golf booking over the phone our staff will input your data onto our booking management system. We understand that security remains the primary concern for our Members and Visitors and we have chosen our Booking Management System partner carefully.

We may contact Members in relation to their membership and provide weekly updates and newsletters to our Members, which they can unsubscribe from at any time. We also provide safety updates in the form of SMS messages in regard to the course being open or closed for play or play being delayed.
To help provide the best possible experience to our Members and Visitors we may contact them in relation promotions or events which we are holding.
We may need to contact visitors in relation to confirmation of a booking. This might include a golf booking, restaurant reservation or golf lesson etc… and the contact method will be over the phone, email, SMS etc…

For health, safety and security purposes, we do collect CCTV footage at the facility. This data is deleted after 60 days. This footage is used for monitoring the security of the facility, for the health, safety and welfare of users of the facility, including staff. This footage will be shared with the appropriate bodies for the purpose of a criminal, health or safety prosecution. We will block out any Members or Visitors identification who are not part of the prosecution.
All information sent to this website, if in an SSL session, is encrypted and protected against disclosure to third parties.

Retention Period

Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes will only be kept for as long Members or Visitors are happy for us to retain such data and to receive our newsletters.
Members or Visitors have the opportunity to opt out from receiving newsletters, SMS updates etc… at any time.

Our systems will delete the Members or Visitors data after one year if our newsletters have never been opened or engaged with. We may retain the following personal data as follows:
Name, address, email address, phone number, and transaction history will be retained.

St. Annes Park Golf Par 3’s policy is to periodically review all data supplied and obtained and delete data which is no longer necessary.
